Workers check in via QR code or the app at the start of the shift. You can monitor attendance in real time from your dashboard.
After the shift, the worker submits their actual hours. Review and approve from your dashboard. If you don't approve within 72 hours, hours auto-approve.
We calculate pay, deductions, employer NI, and holiday pay. You get one clean invoice per job. We handle PAYE and workers receive their payslips automatically.

How quickly do shifts get filled?
Hospitality and events shifts typically fill within 1–4 hours. Specialist roles may take longer. We recommend posting at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Can I build a preferred list of workers?
Yes! add workers you like to your Talent Pool and invite them to future shifts directly, skipping the open application process.
