Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience?

Many roles are open to beginners. Experience helps but is not always required. Your skills and ratings build over time as you complete more shifts.

Can I work multiple shifts per week?

Yes, as many as you like, subject to right to work restrictions if you're on a student visa (20-hour limit during term time applies).

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel as early as possible via the app. Less than 4 hours notice may result in a strike on your account.

How do I get more shifts?

Complete your profile fully, maintain a high rating, and turn on push notifications so you're first to know about new shifts.
